Senior living facilities

For the needs of seniors AMR Concept offers turnkey solutions hand in the construction of residencesand villages for people over 60 years old. The proposed facilities are scalable, height-adjustable and promote home maintenance for seniors without loss of independence. The project of ideal apartment for senior is piloted by the FCBA company. It has allowed to pool the skills of different structures to achieve the best results. AMR Concept is in charge of the fitting of the kitchens.

Senior electric kitchens PRM

AMR Concept offers arrangements that allow the autonomy of people according to their ages and their physical condition. For this we offer adapted kitchen elements that you can adjust in height to relieve movements and postures. Thus the worktop, the cooking plate and the sinkcan be adjusted in height by an electric mechanism. The kitchen wall units feature damped tilting shelves to cushioned to allow effortless and safe access to all products. In addition, all units will be equipped with adapted interior sliding storage for easy opening and closing :

For safety when moving we thought to provide the kitchen PRM a hand handrail. This will be able to facilitate the movements and changes in position.

Senior residences

To promote home maintenance for seniors, PRM autonomous and able-bodied people AMR Concept proposes to design, manufacture and install adapted housing. They will thus be able to remain in an individual dwelling and have perfect autonomy, in complete safety. The senior housing is a housing unit key in . hand intended for 60 years and over who want to make daily life easier without losing autonomy. The housing is arranged to promote access and comfort for users. These homes can be evolving. Thus they will adapt to the occupant and the possibility of wheelchair use. The advantage is that the senior will not have to move to have a furniture adapted and safe. AMR Concept offers different layout possibilities in these turnkey homes:
